What is specific to Greece

The listing fee and the 6.5% transaction fee are the same everywhere. These are the lines that differ.

Payment processing is 4% + 0.30 EURThis is the line that differs most between countries. Etsy charges shops in Greece 4% of the order plus a fixed 0.30 EUR per order, where a US shop pays 3% + $0.25. On small orders the fixed part is what hurts; on large ones the percentage is.
No regulatory operating feeOnly 8 of the 32 seller countries carry a Regulatory Operating Fee at all, and Greece is not one of them, so there is no extra percentage on top of the transaction fee.
24% tax on Etsy’s fees — removable with a VAT IDEtsy charges 24% on its own fees for shops in Greece. Etsy stops charging it once a valid VAT ID is on the shop (Etsy’s VAT article). On the example order that takes Etsy’s cut from $5.37 to $4.33.
Etsy Payments without a middlemanEtsy’s eligibility list (Etsy’s page) carries no Payoneer marker for Greece, so Etsy Payments pays out without a Payoneer account in between.
The fixed fee is charged in EURThe fixed part of payment processing is 0.30 EUR. Everything on this page is in USD, so it is converted at the stored reference rate read on 4 September 2026 ($0.35); treat the last cent as indicative.
