All payments for Growtsy are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Refunds are issued by Paddle on our instruction to the original payment method. Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you are not satisfied with Growtsy, you may request a full refund of your first monthly subscription payment within 7 days of purchase, provided you have used less than 20% of your plan's included credits in that billing period.
This 7-day guarantee applies only to the first payment on a given plan. Subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable; to avoid being charged, cancel before your renewal date.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided you have run fewer than 5 paid analyses (listing analyses, Scout searches, or Photo Studio generations combined) and have used less than 20% of your plan's included credits.
After the 14-day window, annual payments are non-refundable. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time to prevent the next annual charge.
One-time credit packs (add-on purchases beyond your subscription) are refundable within 48 hours of purchase only if no credits from the pack have been used. Once any credit from a pack is consumed, the pack becomes non-refundable.
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.
EEA / UK consumers: You have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive / UK Consumer Contracts Regulations. Because Growtsy provides digital services that begin immediately upon purchase, by completing checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal is extinguished once the service begins and is fully performed. Our 7-day / 14-day refund policies above are offered as a commercial goodwill extension beyond these statutory rules.
Turkish consumers: Your rights under Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers and the Regulation on Distance Contracts remain unaffected.
California residents: If you reside in California and purchase a monthly subscription, you may be entitled to a refund for unused portions in accordance with California Civil Code §1749.5 where applicable.

You can cancel auto-renewal at any time from Settings → Plan inside Growtsy. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period; you retain full access to paid features until that date. No further charges will be made.
Cancellation alone does not trigger a refund. If you want both cancellation and a refund of the current period, please use the refund request process in Section 7.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where we detect abuse, including: multiple refund requests across different accounts from the same user; refund requests following substantial use of credits; refund requests following a pattern of chargebacks; or accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in account suspension. If you have a billing concern, please email us first — we resolve almost all issues within 72 hours.
Growtsy is operated by an independent developer based in Istanbul, Türkiye. All payments are processed by Paddle (our Merchant of Record).
